What does it cost?

Applying is free. There’s no monthly fee during the pilot. Needplug funds NIN and live selfie checks for our first group of vendors, while places last. The identity check includes one retry for incorrect details or a selfie mismatch. After verification and approval, you can receive requests.

Do I need a CAC-registered business?

No. CAC verification is optional and doesn’t block buyer requests. If you have a registered business, verification costs ₦500 plus Paystack processing fees and adds a Registered business badge and a soft boost in matching.

How are requests matched, and who gets paid?

A buyer request goes to vendors covering that category and area. Accept to join their list. They pick who to chat with. Later Accepts wait if they ask for someone else. They pay you directly after you agree on the details; Needplug doesn’t hold their money or currently offer escrow.

What’s expected of me?
  • Reply even when you’re unavailable. Three ignored requests in a row lead to suspension.
  • Deliver what you quote. A confirmed case of taking payment without delivering leads to permanent removal.
  • Agree on the full price, delivery charges and timing before accepting payment.
What if my identity check needs another look?

Open verification to see your result and next step. If your details were incorrect, you can use the included retry. A technical issue leaves your attempt available. If your check is in review, wait for our team’s response; don’t repeat payment. After your included attempts, contact support for next steps. Policy rejections don’t receive an automatic refund.
