Step 2: Send us what you sell

Share the basics:

• Your business name and the area you're in
• What you sell or the services you offer
• Clear photos of your products or your work
• Your prices
• Sizes, colours, condition (Brand new, Foreign used, Nigerian used or Refurbished) and anything else buyers should know
• How you handle delivery: the areas or states you cover, your delivery fee or free delivery, or pickup

If you already keep your products in a spreadsheet, send it. Needplug can import catalogues from Excel or CSV.

Step 3: We set up your shop

We'll help put your shop together: your products or services, prices, photos and delivery options. If you offer services, we can help set up bookings. If you sell in bulk, we can help set up wholesale prices and minimum orders.

Step 4: You complete the parts only you can do

Some steps need you personally, to keep your shop and your money safe:

• Verify your identity with your NIN and a quick face check (free)
• Verify your business with CAC, if you're registered (free)
• Add the bank account you want to be paid into, in your own name

Verified sellers carry a badge on their shop, which helps buyers trust you.

Step 5: Share your shop link

Your shop gets its own link, like yourname.needplug.shop. Put it in your WhatsApp status, Instagram bio, TikTok profile and customer groups, and start taking orders.

What happens when you get an order

1. A buyer orders from your shop and pays through Needplug.
2. You get a new-order alert on your phone from your seller dashboard.
3. You hand over the item, deliver it, or do the job.
4. The buyer gives you their order code.
5. You enter the code, and your money goes to your bank.

Needplug doesn't deliver. You stay in control of delivery and pickup, and buyers see any delivery fee before they pay. Here is how buyer protection works.
